MEET THE COACH

I started running in 2019 with a simple goal: one mile a day. What began as a personal challenge quickly became a passion that has changed my life. I fell in love with the sport - not just for the physical benefits, but for the clarity, discipline, and joy it brings.

Over the years, I’ve gone from short daily runs to racing everything from 5Ks to multi-day events. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of consistency, patience, and smart training.

I’m a UESCA-certified running coach and v.02 certified, which means I combine real-world experience with science-backed training methods. Whatever your goals, I’m here to help you train with purpose, stay motivated, and run your best - whatever that looks like for you.

Personal bests:

  • 5k: 15:53

  • 10k: 34:01

  • Half: 1:13

  • Marathon: 2:34

  • Crocs Marathon: 2:49

  • 6hour: 82.3kms

  • 24hour: 200kms

  • Heysen Trail (1200kms): 12 days, 8hours, 20minutes

  • Backyard Ultra: 75laps (503kms)
